We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. 

If you did not get your tracking number, or you have not received your order, contact our team and we will do our best to help you. 

Delivery times are an estimate only and may vary based on shipping location, method and product availability. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Once the order is placed, we cannot guarantee a change of address or amendment of  shipping information post payment. 

Once the parcel has been sent by Fixe Hair, the shipping company is now responsible for the order.

We ship FIXE Hair orders to New Zealand. Please note that New Zealand orders may be subject to GST, customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by New Zealand authorities.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee paid to FIXE Hair, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

FIXE Hair is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival in New Zealand.

If your order is held by customs or additional payment is required before delivery, the purchaser is responsible for resolving this directly with the relevant customs authority or delivery provider.
