We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. If you did not get your tracking number, or you have not received your order, contact our team and we will do our best to help you. Delivery times are an estimate only and may vary based on shipping location, method and product availability. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Once the order is placed, we cannot guarantee a change of address or amendment of  shipping information post payment. Once the parcel has been sent by Fixe Hair, the shipping company is now responsible for the order.
